Ann - an understated inspiration with a wonderful singing voice too!

When I was Director of Fundraising at St Luke's I was asked to start a choir (my other hat was as a professional musician), Ann was the driving force behind it and we were able to have staff, volunteers, trustees and even the occasional patient join our merry band. Our Monday evenings in the Day Centre at Kenton Grange were always fun; a great tonic after the frequently stressful day which preceded it. We gave several concerts to raise funds for the hospice and sang at the various religious festivals. Happy days indeed! Thank you Ann for all that you gave to us all in so many different ways.
