My parents, Ann and Ian Cook were both longtime volunteers with St Lukes Hospice. I rememver the excitement surrounding the Queens visit! I ran the London Marathon  back in the 1990’s and was sponsored to raise money for the hospice.  I know that mum and dad were both good friends of Ann’s. May she rest in peace.
