Ann looked after my late husband when we first discovered he was terminally ill nearly 20 years ago. He was one of the first inpatients to stay for periods of time at the hospice in Kenton. Ann helped my husband and our family in such a caring and supportive way when we first arrived and when everything seemed so overwhelming. I will never forget her kindness to us all and am very sorry to hear of her death but have no doubt she was lovingly cared for to the end at a place which she helped to build and which would have been so familiar to her.
